Shipping policy

Shipments are made through our trusted partners. All shipments are made with a tracking code and will be sent by email once the orders are formalized and pass through our logistics department. In the event the assigned courier is not able to deliver a package and the client fails to collect the order at the indicated courier site after being notified with the details, the client must cover the re-shipment expenses. In the case of original artwork, every piece is insured according to its value, size and destination. These initial costs are paid by Ana Jarén.
